There are SO MANY brands, medicines, remedies that our culture is throwing at us every single day… but the bottom line is… when we get sick, it’s our bodies way of healing itself! The best thing we can do is make sure there is no interference in the spine, stay hydrated, and eat things full of nutrients so we don’t get dehydrated or weak in the process of our body fighting off whatever it needs to.
