That’s right, a new diet that Dr. Michael has been trying called the “Carnivore Diet” – 4-6 weeks is nothing but meat!
Now, obviously there are some stipulations. You have to know what you’re doing. The kind of meat you eat, how much, how often is really important. Exercise, hydration, and rest are a must to a healthy lifestyle, especially in addition to the carnivore diet.

“You are what you eat ate!” Grass fed, grass finished beef. Pork needs to be pasture raised, chickens need to be free range, fish needs to be wild caught – Don’t eat meat that has been fed garbage before you eat it.
