If you travel much, which many of the Dr’s patients are full time musicians and are on the road a lot, it’s imperative that you plan ahead in order to stay healthy. 

Road life is crazy enough as it is… schedules are consistently inconsistent, and when it comes to eating or chiropractic care, some of the priorities back home can quickly get placed on the back burner.

This episode is jam packed with reminders, plans, and ways to keep that body healthy on the road!

First and foremost, take your chiropractic home care equipment with you! Wedges, rolls and traction are most important and easy to pack! Then plan your meals ahead of time, or at least know where you’re going and where you can eat healthy ahead of time.
