There’s no doubt that sports have a huge impact on the body… but so many times we associate sports with exercise, physical activity, games, fun, and positive experience with friends… but what we don’t often talk a lot about is the reality that sports (especially high impact sports) have a detrimental affect on the body if we don’t keep it in check.
In this episode we talk about the reality of sports, the affect sports has on the body, and how 90+% of professional athletes get chiropractic care and adjustments to maintain elite physical shape and also keep an eye on where their body’s at in regards to risk and ability.
So all the more, shouldn’t all of us keep an eye on our necks and backs?
No matter what you take from this episode, at the end of the day, our bodies (much like vehicles) need maintenance to make sure everything is aligned so we don’t wear our bodies down to the point where we’re unable to do even the simplest of tasks. Similar to a car, if your alignment is out, sooner or later, your tires will wear out and then you won’t be able to go anywhere…
