Since the food industry started making artificial fats, heart disease has skyrocketed. In this episode, we talk about the difference between saturated, and trans fats, “natural” fats, oils, fish, nuts, etc. Good fats. Bad fats. It’s really important to increase your healthy fats, but it’s easy to get tricked by labels.
